10:47 a.m. - SPD arrested 5 people yesterday after the group spent the day wreaking havoc downtown. They were booked for both misdemeanors and felonies.

Spokane Police Requesting Assistance Locating Missing 9 Year Old

9:21 p.m. - Spokane Police request media and public assistance location a missing 9 year old child.

Courthouse Assault Arrest

12:43 p.m. - Citizens come to the aid of a female being assaulted by a man in the Spokane County Courthouse.

March 15

Attempted Package Theft turns Into Arrest for Assault 2nd Degree

1:36 p.m. - A South Hill resident reports a package theft from a neighbor’s porch. The thief pulled a knife and threatened the witness.

SPD wants you to have a safe and fun St. Patrick’s Day Parade

1:14 p.m. - As Spokane celebrates St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday with the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, SPD has a few tips for those attending the event.

Suspect in Custody after Carjacking, Car Crashing, & Dognapping Melee

6 p.m. - A female is in jail after a carjacking in this afternoon. The victim’s dog was in the car when the suspect crashed & ran, terrified, onto I90.

Possible Explosive at Walmart in North Spokane

11:21 a.m. - Spokane Police Officers discover a possible explosive device during the execution of a search warrant in a motor home.
