3:41 p.m. - The Spokane Municipal Courthouse Annex has reopened after a suspicious substance was discovered in a letter.

Suspect Arrested after Attempting to Fire on Officers with Handgun

1:53 p.m. - SPD booked suspect for for 1st Degree Kidnapping Domestic Violence, 2nd Degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Attempted Drive By Shooting.

SIRR Team Investigating an Officer Involved Shooting

8:31 a.m. - SPD officers were involved in an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) incident on May 7. Three officers fired their service weapons striking the subject.
