4:18 p.m. - An automobile/pedestrian collision sent an elderly man to the hospital for a head injury.
3:28 p.m. - Spokane Police arrest a man in connection with last week’s fire at a north Spokane church
4:21 p.m. - SPD officer calmly talks down a suicidal/delusional man and gets him the help he needs even after the man assaulted the officer
11:41 a.m. - Officers responded to a reckless driver call in the East Central neighborhood in which the driver was possibly armed.
5:18 a.m. - One person was pronounced deceased at the scene, while another was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries
4:59 p.m. - Recently there has been an increase in “kidnapping scams” in the Spokane area. SPD wants the public to be aware of these scams and to report them.
3:20 p.m. - The Spokane Independent Investigative Response Team is investigating an Officer Involved Shooting that took place on March 7, around 7pm in Chattaroy.
4:19 a.m. - 11-time convicted felon is found hiding in wall after multiple-hour standoff
3:48 p.m. - Two reports, of a female being shot lead police to Browne’s Addition where the victim was located and transported to a hospital for treatment.
11 a.m. - Police Strategies LLC commissioned for a study on SPD relations with community around gender, age, and race.
1:15 a.m. - The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate, Mary Cady-Kahlow, 13.
2:19 p.m. - Spokane Police Department would like assistance from the community to identify a burglar.
8:43 a.m. - Officers responded to a shooting call in North Spokane. No victims were shot but suffered injuries to their faces from being pistol whipped.
