Subject Arrested After Swinging Metal Bar at Cars, People in Traffic

4:44 p.m. - On Saturday, Spokane Police officers responded to a call of a male subject who had tried to stab someone in the area of 6th/Browne.

Dec. 4

Woman arrested after reports she was waving handgun around

5:43 p.m. - Spokane Police took a woman into custody without incident after reports the woman was displaying a handgun, one of those reports near a school.

Thanks to Tip, Stolen Puppy Recovered, Returned to Pet Shop

7:44 p.m. - Spokane Police Detectives from the North Precinct, acting on tips from the public, were able to recover a puppy stolen from Northwest Seed & Pet.

SPD helps out at Heroes and Helpers in partnership with Target

6:24 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department and Spokane’s South Hill Target store will partner together Saturday, Dec. 5th, to host Heroes and Helpers.

SPD Still Seeking Public's Help Finding Missing Female

3:32 p.m. - The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate Deanne M. Hastings. Her family last had contact with her around Nov. 3.
