10 a.m. - Downtown Library will be open today from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today. East Side, Indian Trail and Shadle are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
7:36 a.m. - Large residential storm debris will be accepted free during normal business hours through Nov. 22. Curbside clean green extended for smaller debris.
7:07 a.m. - Trees will be removed from city streets using the following priority order: arterials, residential streets, side streets.
