1:43 p.m. - A bill to make power from Spokane's Waste to Energy facility eligible for a renewable energy credit is headed to the WA State House of Representatives

SPD Detectives arrest suspect in Garland area shooting

11 a.m. - Spokane Police detectives arrest Marshall M. Barkdull (28-years-old) on three counts of 1st Degree Assault in connection to a drive-by shooting.

10 a.m. - Spokane Police are investigating several reports of commercial burglaries where copper wire and other metals were stolen and offering prevention tips.
