Park Board to consider new names for Canada Island in Riverfront Park

8:25 a.m. - Park Board will consider a resolution to begin the process for renaming Canada Island in Riverfront Park, with the Canadian Government’s blessing.

2017 Manito Calendar Available

10:35 a.m. - The Friends of Manito 2017 calendar featuring beautiful pictures of Manito Park is now available, and makes a great gift!

Riverfront Park closes attractions for summer 2017

4:06 p.m. - Facing decreased use during construction, Riverfront Park closes Pavilion attractions for summer 2017. Paths, greens space and events remain open.

Fall Leaf Festival at Finch Arboretum Saturday, October 22

2:47 p.m. - The trees are lighting up, naturally! Mother Nature is doing her best to paint the Arboretum in anticipation of Spokane’s annual celebration of fall.
