Resolution 2026-0042 - Providing for the issuance and sale of taxable Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $4,000,000; establishing interfund loan facilities from the Spokane Investment Pool to finance capital needs for public safety vehicles, improvements, equipment, and apparatus; fixing the date, form, maturity, interest rate, terms and covenants of the bonds; establishing the provisions for drawing on the interfund loan established thereby; authorizing the sale and delivery of the bonds to the City, and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.

Resolution 2026-0043 - Setting forth the City Council's budget priorities for the 2027-2028 biennium, pursuant to Section 07.14.030 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2026-0044 - Funding Allocation from the City of Spokane's Housing and Homeless Services department for the Homeless, Housing, Operations, and Services program.

Resolution 2026-0045 - HEART funds support households earning less than 60% AMI, meeting one of the restrictive use categories as identified in the RCW. This includes, Veterans, Seniors, households experiencing homelessness, households at-risk of homelessness, households fleeing domestic violence, unaccompanied youth and young adults, person with disabilities including behavioral health disabilities. These are households that represent historically excluded communities.

Resolution 2026-0046 - Proposing arterial speed limit changes on sections of Central Avenue, Cowley Street, Deer Heights Road, Palouse Highway, Sunset Highway, G Street, Perry Street, Valley Springs Road and Summit Blvd-Mission Avenue.

Resolution 2026-0047 - Approving the appointment of Giacobbe Byrd as the City Clerk for the City of Spokane.

Resolution 2026-0048 - Approving settlement on West Terrace Golf v. City of Spokane litigation where (1) City to receive money from Court Registry in the amount of $92,003.02; (2) account write off of $93,573.60 plus interest and penalties of $51,852.60; (3) in exchange for full satisfaction, waiver and release of all claims and dismissal of the lawsuit with prejudice.

Special Budget Ordinance C36885 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to finance the purchase of public safety capital equipment, and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36889 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to award Heart fund dollars to projects selected by the Affordable Housing Committee (AHC) and the Community, Housing, and Human Services (CHHS) Board, and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36890 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to provide eviction prevention services, and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36891 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to add an accountant position for Parks & Recreation, and declaring an emergency.

Special Budget Ordinance C36904 - Amending Ordinance No. C36794, entitled in part, “An ordinance adopting a Mid-biennial Modification Budget for the City of Spokane”, and amending it to adjust pay ranges to align with salary analysis (for Quarter 2 – 2026), and declaring an emergency.
