Alesksey Solodyankin is a 23 time convicted felon that was released from prison in September 2019.  Solodyankin is a part of Spokane’s Repeat Offender Program (ROP) due to his extensive criminal history.

The SPD PAC team arrested him in December 2019 just months after his release from prison for Possession of stolen vehicle and 2nd Malicious Mischief for the theft of a 2004 Ford F350.  He made bail and was out the next day and continued his activities.  The PAC team has continued investigating him and arrested him last week for crimes committed in the City of Spokane, Spokane County and Airway Heights.
