Today is Cyber Monday, the start of the Holiday shopping season which means package thieves will be scouring neighborhoods and looking for package deliveries. The Spokane Police Department will be doing emphasis patrols, to include undercover operations following delivery vehicles. If you see suspicious vehicles and/or people in your neighborhood following delivery trucks or randomly walking up to porches, we encourage you to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.
Here are some recommendations that may keep you from becoming a victim of “porch pirates.”
