Incidental Committee Statement of Organization

Incidental committees are defined as any nonprofit organization that makes expenditures in support or opposition to any candidate for City of Spokane elective office. Incidental committees are required to file a statement of organization with the City if they are making expenditures or contributions in excess of $5,000. The City requires the following information from incidental committees: Name, Address, Officers, Treasurer, Any candidates supported or opposed, Any city ballot measures supported or opposed, and a list of the Top 10 Contributors over $500 including any contributor tied for tenth largest. Incidental committees are required to submit an update to this statement of organization anytime their top ten contributors change.
